I went over to Gen‘s not too long ago and I had to share this recipe we made because it was so so good! It’s an Asian quinoa salad and it’s from a food blog called Two Peas & Their Pod. It’s really easy to make, it’s all plant-based (which I love) and it really tastes delicious (the vinaigrette really has a lot to do with it). I loved it so much I made it again at home last week.
