HEALTHY BREAKFAST

Lately I’ve been obsessed with breakfast trifles, it’s all I’ve been eating in the mornings. It tastes good, it fills you up so you’re not hungry after 15 minutes… and it’s pretty and colourful :)

I make mine with Activia fat free vanilla yogourt and granola cereal and frozen fruits, both from Compliments.

    Je fais le mien exactement comme toi mais j’ajoute des amandes et aussi du lin… huuummm isn’t it good???
