SUNDRIED TOMATO AND PROSCIUTTO SUMMER TAGLIATELLE

… is what I made for lunch this sunday. Recipe here. Very good but a bit too salty for my taste.

And affogato was for dessert… so simple yet soooo good! One or two scoops of vanilla ice cream, with a hot espresso poured over it!
