FASHION WEEK FAVES – #THROWBACKTHURSDAY – CERRUTI SPRING 1997

Featured in this week’s edition of #throwbackthursdayrunway is Cerruti’s Spring 1997 collection. If you’ve read most of my fashion-related posts, you know by now that I love 90s fashion, and Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy’s wedding dress was and still is an iconic and one of my favourite pieces from that era. So needless to say that Narciso Rodriguez, who designed it, quickly became one of my favourite designers back then.

His Spring 97 collection for Cerruti is delicate, form-fitting yet flowy (if that makes sense, not sure how else to describe it…), with silky soft materials. Simple yet so sexy… Click here if you want to see the entire collection, here for more runway throwbacks, and here for all of my Fashion Week Faves.
