Anyone who knows me knows that I love driving (and cars). I’m not exactly a car expert, I’m more attracted to the aesthetic side of vehicles. And obviously, how smooth the ride is and how practical and enjoyable the driving experience is. But I digress. The first car I ever had was a grey Hyundai Accent hatchback and I was so excited to have a car of my own (and the freedom it gave me) that before I even leased the thing, I had already bought a bunch of accessories for it. One of those accessories was a keychain. Back then, I went out at night a lot more often and would leave my car in parking lots where you had to leave your keys to the attendant. So I wanted one of those valet style keychains (the ones where you can detach a key without having to manually remove it from the ring) so that I could have my home keys with me at all times if anything happened. And since I was excited about my new car, I decided I would splurge on a luxury keychain and headed straight to one of Montreal’s luxury stores called Ogilvy (now part of Holt Renfrew). Lucky for me, I found a Burberry valet keychain on sale at 50% off (found this old pic of it on my IG).
Years later, I have absolutely no idea what happened to that keychain but I have desperately been looking for a new one and haven’t found it yet. Actually, let me re-phrase that. I have found the perfect one, but it’s a little too expensive at around CA$400 a piece (compared to the Burberry one I got on sale that ended up costing me somewhere around CA$60 back then). Anyhoo, I browsed a little online and found these…
And I want them all.
Balenciaga | Farfetch | CA$400
Off-White | Holt Renfrew | CA$410
Maison Margiela | HBX | CA$540

Le Off-White est tellement une bonne idée avec les tags!
