Two weeks ago, I posted my morning skincare routine and promised I’d soon share my nighttime routine, so… here it is! I try to keep it as light as possible, since I really don’t enjoy products that are too rich and feel too heavy.
I wash my face with water (always, even in the morning – I only use a cleanser twice a week, currently the tea-tree oil foam cleanser by Thursday Plantation) and then apply the eye serum. After that, I massage the rose hip seed oil into my skin and use my gua sha tool to help with skin elasticity, muscles and lymphatic drainage. I have to be honest, I don’t know if the best use of a gua sha is at night. I might just switch to gua sha in the morning and jade roller at night, or switch between one and the other, every other day in the morning only. After the gua sha massage, I apply the eye cream, and finish with the face gel. All products for my routine are linked below!
