You can’t really tell from the photos, but if you watched a video of the Chanel Spring 2022 show, you couldn’t help but feel nostalgic seeing models sashaying down the catwalk with so much energy, enthusiasm and smiles, to the sound of George Michael’s Freedom ‘90. The whole production felt very supermodel-era.
As for the clothes, I loved the swimwear reminiscent of the early 90s collections, the gorgeous chiffon dresses and my favourites, the oversized tweed jackets. But if I really had to pick a favourite? The oversized black knit cardigan set and that dusty pink cropped top and miniskirt combo. LOVE!
