At Balmain’s 2022 pre-fall collection, there were the usual embellished minidresses you expect to see in each new collection (but never grow tired of), but this time, instead of the usually very structural pieces, most had a torn and reconstructed look and featured a mix of writings, stripes and various patterns and textures.
Mixed in with the sexy strong-shouldered form-fitting dresses, were stunning oversized coats, massive footwear that looked like ski boots, ripped jeans and gorgeous moto pants in distressed leather.
