The weather was so nice over the week-end that I went over to my sister’s place for a bbq. Had lots of fun!!! Sun, lemonade, the kids playing in the backyard… and the smell of barbecue!! I LOVE that smell! I hope we have a nice summer so we can have plenty of bbq’s :)))
I love this salad, it’s a traditional persian salad, and it’s very simple to make: onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, dried mint, salt, pepper, lime juice and a little bit of olive oil.
