A few days ago I had my good friend Gen (from the Red Fairy Project) over for lunch and as we always do when we meet, we went on a hunt for healthy and tasty new recipes to try.
Made this very simple dish recently and it made me realise that I dont actually hate cooking, I’m just lazy… And one-pot dishes like this one are definitely made for me! The end result was really good, except next time I probably wont include the chorizo.
Je suis tombée sur cette vieille recette que j’avais gardée dans mes archives en me disant sans arrêt qu’elle avait l’air délicieuse et qu’il fallait absolument que je l’essaie. J’ai donc acheté les ingrédients nécessaires, trouvé une cobaye (j’ai invité une de mes meilleures amies à venir luncher chez moi ;-)) et je l’ai finalement testée. Résultat?
