A couple of months ago, my friend Geneviève from The Red Fairy Project came over to my place for lunch. We tried a recipe from the Ambitious Kitchen blog, the Brown Sugar Honey Marinated Salmon with Caramelized Pineapple Quinoa. The result was delicious, both Gen and I loved it, so I figured I’d share it here. You can find the recipe by clicking on the link above (recipe name). I cut my onion pieces too big and it kinda ruined the look of the sidedish, but the taste was still good… I will definitely be making this recipe again when I have friends over! I’ll just have to remember to cut my onion in much smaller pieces ;-)
