UPDATE ON MY NEW LIFESTYLE…
As I mentionned in an earlier post, I recently got a membership at the gym which included a few sessions with a trainer and nutritionnist. I’m doing OK in the workout departement.
THIS WEEK-END’S MEALS
I’m meeting a nutritionnist for the first time on tuesday and I can’t wait to see what she has to tell me (besides the obvious…).
But until I actually meet with her and she gives me a diet to follow, I’m trying to eat as healthy as I can. So my 4 meals this weekend consisted of baked salmon with a side dish of tomato/cucumber/lettuce salad with lemon juice dressing (and very little light olive oil, salt & pepper).
GETTING IN SHAPE

HEALTHY BREAKFAST
Lately I’ve been obsessed with breakfast trifles, it’s all I’ve been eating in the mornings. It tastes good, it fills you up so you’re not hungry after 15 minutes… and it’s pretty and colourful :)
ANOTHER HEALTHY DINNER
Tonight’s dinner is healthy… and colourful. It looks so nice I just wanna look at it, not eat it…
In case you’re wondering what the ingredients are, there’s: lettuce, cucumbers, raspberries, multi-coloured cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
LAST NIGHT’S DINNER…
… was a little healthier than what I’ve been having for dinner lately: salmon teriyaki with japanese rice and a few slices of avocado. I love avocado so much I can eat it plain, but usually I’ll have it with either a balsamic vinaigrette or simply salt & pepper.
